These massive rotors are moved outwards from the center of the wheel to provide much greater clamping leverage. These directionally vaned rotors are cross drilled and slotted, meaning that you get the best of both worlds. Slotted rotors are durable and provide excellent stopping power, while the cross drilled aspect provides excellent cooling, as the heat created by the friction can escape easily.
