Yes - We Accept Returns/Exchanges!
At EuroSport Tuning, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, you have 30 days from the invoice date or 20 days from receiving a back ordered item to request a return.
Some things to keep in mind before starting the return/exchange process:
- The product being returned must be in saleable condition and in the manufacturer's original packaging.
- No refunds will be granted on any part that has been installed, modified, or that is not in saleable condition in its original packaging.
- Electrical items are not eligible for return.
- No refunds or returns on "special orders."
- Damaged and/or defective items have their own return policy.
- Any item(s) not returned within the period specified above (e.g., 30 days from the date of the invoice or 20 days from the date you received a back ordered item) may be exchanged for store credit only.
- EuroSport Tuning reserves the right to charge a handling / restocking fee of 20%.
How do I cancel an order?
You may cancel your order any time before it ships. Please note that most orders ship within 1-2 business days.
How do I return a part?
- Email our customer service desk at [email protected]. Include your reason for return and your invoice/order number in your email.
- If your order is eligible for return, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) from [email protected].
- Check the carrier’s requirements and make sure to package your return properly.
- Write your RMA clearly on the outside of the shipping container, as well as your return address.
NOTE: We suggest you insure your return package. - All customs, duty, and brokerage charges are your responsibility when returning items. Clearly mark on the shipping papers that all duty or custom charges are to be paid by the sender.
- If an item is returned indicating EuroSport Tuning is responsible for paying any custom, duty, or brokerage charges, this value plus a $25.00 administration fee will be subtracted from your EuroSport Tuning credit. This will also delay your credit as it takes several weeks before we receive an invoice from the shipping company.
- Returns sent COD or freight collect will not be accepted.
- Upon receipt of your return, EuroSport Sport Tuning will promptly exchange the item, give you a store credit, or issue you a refund.

How long do I have to return a part?

Any item(s) not returned within the period specified above (e.g., 30 days from the date of the invoice or 20 days from the date you received a back-ordered item) may be exchanged for an in-store credit only.
What items are not eligible for returns or exchanges?
Please feel free to ask us if the part you’re ordering is eligible for return before you purchase. The items not eligible are:
- Products not returned in saleable condition, in the manufacturer's original packaging.
- Parts that have been installed or modified
- Electrical items
- Special orders
Is there a restocking fee?
EuroSport Tuning reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 20%.
How do I package my return?
Clearly write your Return Authorization Number and return address on the outside of the shipping container. Make sure you pack in accordance with the carrier's requirements. We also recommend you get insurance for your return. We strongly suggest insuring the package.
What if I need to make a warranty claim and return a part?
Eurosport Tuning does its best to work with manufacturers if there are defects in a part. We have a complete limited warranty page here.
Who is responsible for paying the return shipping fees?
If the item is being returned due to a EuroSport Tuning error, we will cover the cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
All customs, duty, and brokerage charges are the full responsibility of the customer when returning items. Clearly mark on the shipping papers that all duty or custom charges are to be paid by the sender.

When will I receive my refund?
If all return procedures are followed and the item is saleable, we will refund your card immediately. It may take up to 7 days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card provider.
How do I return a damaged package?
It’s your responsibility to inspect your package for damage before accepting or signing for delivery. Refuse to accept the delivery if a driver attempts to give you a damaged package.
If a damaged package was dropped off, promptly call the shipping / courier company to start the claim process. Please also contact EuroSport Tuning at 905-825-9334 or [email protected]. If you need help, we will gladly assist you with filing a claim.
When in stock, we will replace lost or damaged merchandise as soon as we receive the appropriate claim number from the shipping company.
What if my package is lost?
Prior to ordering, please ensure you have a secure place to have your package delivered. Unfortunately, the carrier is not responsible for a package after it’s delivered, and we do not cover loss after delivery.
If the package never reaches you, please refer to the tracking information. We have the tracking information too and will see where your package was delivered or if there was a delivery delay.
