Made from 100% aluminum construction with 40mm thick core with only 6mm tube spacing (OEM has 8mm tube spacing)!When upgrading to this radiator you will eliminate the problem with cracking mounting brackets which almost always happens to the OEM radiator when installing a more heavy aftermarket intercooler. Bolts on in the factory location without any fuss.Note! Only use OEM Volvo ready mixed glycol or concentrated mixed with distilled water when installing this radiator.If your car has other glycol today, then make sure to flush your system thoroughly before changing to the OEM Volvo glycol.If this has not been done on your car we will leave no warranty on this radiator.
