Our ECS DV Spacer unleashes your turbocharger's compressed air into the atmosphere, giving it the sound of a blow off valve (BOV), with every gear change and every boosted throttle close! Thanks to our strategically engineered vent slots you can boost on without worry of CEL (Check Engine Light). PART DESIGN

• Machined from a solid block of 6061-T6 aluminum, then bright dip anodized black

• Features 3 radial slots to let out the “woosh”! Carefully placed to provide optimal atmospheric flow for all OEM DV types; engineered to operate CEL-FREE! 

• Symmetrically designed mating holes for alignment feature of DV solenoid provides ease of installation 

• Includes pre-installed, captured Viton O-rings, resistant to chemical degradation 

• Includes Zinc-plated alloy steel socket head cap screws 

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

• Our ECS DV Spacer was designed, engineered, tested and quality inspected by our Research and Development team in our Wadsworth, Ohio facility. We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modelling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long term product testing.

INSTALLATION AND SUPPORT

• Our ECS DV Spacers are easy to install thanks to a cleverly engineered dovetail-cut O-ring groove that retains both sealing rings and symmetrical alignment holes for quick installation. No need to place the DV spacer any particular direction. Simply place our spacer onto the DV flange and re-install your original DV solenoid atop the spacer with the included longer hardware. Best to use a ball ender allen socket/key.
• Particular to this application, the wastegate actuator must be swung out of the way for install. Loosen both screws retaining the wastegate actuator, then remove the one closest to the actuator, allowing the actuator to swing out of the way. This will allow for ease of installation.
