Designed and engineered in house at ECS Tuning, this under hood light kit provides seamless integration with?true OEM level feel.? The 770 lumen light bar with 10 Cree LEDs,?mounts to the hood catch bracket with existing hardware and is activated?automatically by the micro switch when the hood is opened and can be manually overridden with the rocker switch.? The wiring harness is fully waterproofed and features OEM style connectors and a high quality anti-abrasion sheathing.? The kit includes everything necessary for install and even includes a piece of clear film to protect your paint from the roller on the micro switch.?
With the rocker switch on, the micro switch takes over and automatically turns on/off the light with the opening and closing of the hood.? If your hood is going to be open for a long period of time or the light is not desired, simply flip the rocker switch off.??
