B5 S4 Center Differential Delete - NO WELDING NEEDED

We found the growing need and desire of our enthusiast customers to convert their Quattro cars to RWD for some smokey shenanigans. We designed & engineered an in-house solution that allows you easily delete your center differential without welding. This ensures a smooth bolt on RWD kit that is 100% reversible when you want to go back to Quattro. 

PART DESIGN

• 4340 hardened steel construction

• Replicates and replaces splines in factory differential

• Locks the front and rear center differential outputs to provide 100% power delivery to the rear wheels with the front axles removed

• Multi piece design with wire EDM cut splines for cost reduction

• Our ECS Center Diff Delete Plugs were designed using Center Diff 0B2 409 755 L out of the B5 S4 Manual. Please confirm you have 0B2 409 755 L center diff via your VIN. All products engineered, tested and quality inspected by our Research and Development team in our Wadsworth, Ohio facility. We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading-edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long term product testing.
