The original plastic coolant pipes in Porsche's V8 Cayennes deteriorate over time, and all will eventually crack and leak. Porsche recognized this design flaw and released updated aluminum versions of the coolant pipes to supersede the original plastic pipes.
The new and improved aluminum pipes make this kit a permanent solution, and our convenient 23-piece upgrade package makes the swap much easier, since it includes everything you need, including a gallon of pure coolant. This kit contains pipes from Hamburg-Technic, which many consider to have better castings than the genuine Porsche pipes. Note: Coolant should be mixed 50/50 with distilled water for freeze protection to -30°F. If you completely drain your radiator, you will need additional coolant.
