Titanium exhaust systems effectively reduce sprung vehicle weight while radically transforming the sound of your car. Thanks to it's higher tensile strength over 304 SS, material wall thickness can be reduced by up to 1mm wall tubing. Theoretically this massive weight savings immediately translates into faster acceleration and a more responsive driving experience.
The ECS Tuning "Ti.22" Titanium Catback Exhaust System is made from exotic, ultra-lightweight Gr2 titanium alloy material from the chemical element titanium (symbolized "Ti" with an atomic number of 22, as described on the periodic table of elements) reduces 28 pounds (60% reduction) from the factory catback exhaust system. Grade 2 titanium was selected due to its balance of lightweight properties, strength and corrosion resistance.

Titanium 12mm barbed exhaust hangers Tig-Welded in OE locations for precise fitment. A rubber exhaust hanger bushing is included for the rear subframe location for additional support.

Our ECS Tuning Titanium Catback Exhaust System was designed, engineered, tested and quality inspected by our Research and Development team in our Wadsworth, Ohio facility. We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading-edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long term product testing.
