Our ECS 25mm Rear Sway Bar helps to reduce understeer by making the rear suspension more connected between sides. This drastically reduces body roll and transmits more suspension rigidity between sides, keeping the tires more in contact with the road.
With the ECS Billet Mounting Brackets with polyurethane bushings provide your vehicle with a more rigid mounting solution from the sway bar to chassis than the OEM steel brackets with rubber bushings. With an improved sway bar mounting bracket and the included polyurethane bushings, you can expect to achieve an increase in rear sway bar effectiveness and less body roll as a result.
The optional ECS Billet Aluminum Rear Subframe Brace bridges the gap between the mounting points on the sway bar and subframe, thereby reinforcing the rear chassis. This increases structural rigidity of the subframe which improves sway bar effectiveness, enhances rear steer feeling and further limits body roll. It also amplifies the benefits of our ECS larger rear sway bar by limiting subframe deflection.
Finally, the optional ECS Adjustable Sway Bar End Links provide up to 11mm (7/16") of adjustment ranging from stock height all the way down to slammed setups, allowing you to eliminate sway bar preload or to fine tune sway bar preload for specific racing types and corner balancing. With our ECS Sway Bar End Links installed there is greater clearance between drivetrain components and improved sway bar reaction time by minimizing deflection within our heavy duty end links.
