NOTE: Warranty claims must be made via email. A small shipping and handling fee will be charged for transportation of your replacement bulb should it go defective. Warranty is void by misuse or incorrect installation. In the unlikely event that more than one bulb becomes defective over the warranty term, we may ask you to return the defective bulb to us for inspection.
