3.0" T304 Stainless Steel Mandrel Bent, Brushed Tubing with 1.25mm wall thickness
3.0" Tailpipe Section with Tig-Welded 2.5" Dual Tip Outlets
T304 Stainless Steel 12mm barbed round stock exhaust hangers Tig-Welded in OE locations for precise fitment
Strategically placed slip joints provide the most adjustability to obtain perfect fitment
VALVED MUFFLER:
Tested multiple muffler designs to achieve the most desirable exhaust notes with the largest delta between valve closed and valve open driving experiences
Valve Closed Routing - 3-chamber perforated reduction tubes with stainless steel wool packing material provides a sporty driving experience without causing excessive resonance, volume and performance loss
Valve Open Routing - Straight-through 3.0" perforated tube with stainless steel wool packing material provides the most unobstructed flow path for race-inspired driving experience to maximize volume
Vacuum-actuated exhaust valve provides outstanding reliability in the harshest conditions. Unlike electronic servo motors that are prone to failure, our exhaust valves have been tested in thousands of applications and have proven to be reliable.

Straight Through "Turbo Style" Muffler
?Designed to maximize ground clearance while still being compatible with aftermarket components such as our ECS Tuning Rear Subframe Brace.

3.0" T304 stainless steel CNC-mandrel bent tubing with 1.5mm wall thickness
10mm thick CNC laser-cut turbine flange prevents heat-warping and is precision ground for optimum gasket sealing capacity
Stainless steel bellow flex section designed to provide a wide range of engine movement and heat expansion
200 Cell high flow metallic catalytic converter
100% Tig-welded at each joint
T304 stainless steel mounting bracket with Tig-welded barbed hangers locate our downpipe to the OEM mounting bracket
Stainless steel oxygen sensor bungs are welded in OE-locations so no extension harness is required.

Dyno tested on our in-ground Mustang "AWD 500 SE" Dyno with our ECS Tuning Shop MK5 GTI while equipped with our ECS Kohlefaser Luft-Technik Intake, APR Stage 1 ECU Software and the OEM downpipe.
VALVED SYSTEM: Maximum gains of +26 WHP and +21 FT/Lbs of torque with the exhaust valve "open"
NON-VALVED SYSTEM: Maximum gains +22 WHP and +18 FT/Lbs of torque
TURBO BACK CONFIGURATIONS:
Dyno tested on our in-ground Mustang "AWD 500 SE" Dyno with our ECS Tuning Shop MK5 GTI when bolting on just our Catback Exhaust System while equipped with our ECS Kohlefaser Luft-Technik Intake, ECS 3.0" High Flow Downpipe and APR Stage 2 ECU Software

Our ECS Tuning Exhaust Systems were designed, engineered, tested and quality inspected by our Research and Development team in our Wadsworth, Ohio facility. We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading-edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long term product testing.
