PART DESIGN
The ECS Tuning Carbon Fiber Front Bumper Grille Flare Set is?made of authentic, hand laid carbon fiber material with preimpregnated carbon fiber cloth and epoxy resin?and finished in a beautiful gloss clear coat for?UVprotection and?extra durability.
Applies directly to the front bumper cover using the preapplied adhesive tape to accentuate the area around the foglight trim, providing a similar, aggressive?look of the MK7 Jetta GLI.
Grille Flares extend?around the inside of the foglight trim?to cover any exposed paint.
Precision machined metal tooling for dimensional accuracy and consistency. Quality inspected by our inhouse Engineering Team.?

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Our ECS Carbon Fiber Front Bumper Grille Flare Set was designed, engineered, tested and quality inspected by our Research and Development team in our Wadsworth, Ohio facility. We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modelling, rapid prototyping utilizing our inhouse 3D printer, and rigorous long term product testing.

INSTALLATION AND SUPPORT
Installation is very simple and nonpermanent. Simply clean the impacted area and?apply the Grille Flares directly to the front bumper cover using the preapplied adhesive tape.
