In high HP applications, stress loads are high enough to make the input shaft twist and push out towards the clutch destroying the transmission case.

\nThis part is designed to prevent that from happening. It easily bolts in the transmission bell-housing and is a cheap investment for any car with 02A/02J transmissions.
