Got a couple hours in your afternoon or Saturday? Here is a great way to increase the sound quality of your RS4 along with increasing top end performance. ECS RS4 H-Pipe eliminates your factory center resonator with a H-pipe that really enhances the sound quality of your RS4 without any sacrifice in interior cabin drone. Dyno charts have also shown a increase of 3-5hp between 6-8000 rpm. Installing this ECS H-pipe still allows use of the factory flapper valves in the rear mufflers. With the ECS H-pipe installed the difference between the flapper valves being open or closed is much more dramatic that with the stock exhaust system. Quite simply this is a fantastic way of increasing sound quality of your RS4 without having to go through the large expense of replacing the whole "cat" back system. This upgrade is a simple bolt on modification and measures 2.25" in diameter. Simply cut the center resonator out (between the center resonator & the rear mufflers) & install the ECS H-pipe using the factory sleeve clamps & two supplied clamps.
