Thermostat Housing W/ Thermostat Kit

Up?to 7/2012 production will need adapter ?12518611289. Production ?7/2012 - 2/2013 will need adapter 12518614952. 2/2013 + does not need an adapter.

If the thermostat has never been changed you will know as it will not have the adapter wires already hooked up.

Typically referred to as the thermostat?neck / housing, this part mounts on the highest point on the head and controls the flow back to the pressure tank. Cracking, which usually occurs around the gasket seal and leaks, are symptoms that it?s worn out.?

This is usually found by a blue coolant pooling on top of the transmission housing leaking from the thermostat itself. You will need to replace this asap as you can overheat and cook the engine.?

This kit includes:

• Profile gasket
• O-ring
• Vent screw
• Two seals and a bleeder screw
