When you turn your front parking lights on with the side markers or headlights, these stunning LED lights from Ziza will give off a bright white light illuminating the front of your MINI.?These new?LED's not only looks?great, they give you the additional light to the front position bulb and removed that dim halogen look.
These bulbs come as a set of 2 for both parking lights for vehicles with or without halogen fog lights.?
The parking light is also referred to as the front marker/ position bulb located on the front bumper light housing in the top portion towards the center of the vehicle.?These are not for replacement of the halogen center bulb DRL.
To run these parking light LEDs and not have the DRL (24w) halogen bulb turn on in the same housing at the same time (blending both lights), the DRL function on the on-board computer will need turned off which?is accessible through the dash displays.?
Changing these bulbs are easy and accessible through the front wheel well lower lid cover.
Left-hand side is the Ziza Led and right-hand side is stock halogen in the comparison?photo. Ziza Leds?with have a brighter blue/white led light. Stock halogens have a yellow dim appearance.?
Note: If polarity sensitive bulbs do not light the first time, flip them 180 degrees and reinstall.
**These will also flicker just at start up when you turn the car on the first time, this is normal as the LKM (Light Control Module) will test the MINI electrical system for current. This happens with the normal halogen factory bulbs on every Gen 2-3 MINI, you just cannot see it.**
*These have built in resistors (CANBUS) so you don't have to worry about bulb out errors.* If you have a bulb out?error?with these, they are not installed all the way, or your?footwell electricals might be bad from water exposure in the footwell. ?
