ECS Cold Weather Bypass Hose - For use with ECS Baffled Oil Catch Can System ONLY

     The ECS Baffled Oil Catch Can System is a wonderful design and does what it's asked to do, however, there is a drawback with ANY catch can kit: During freezing climates normal engine condensation produced within the catch can hoses can freeze and block the flow within the hose, increasing crankcase pressure and limiting any evacuation of toxic blow-by gases. 

The only remedy to freezing catch can hoses were one of two options; (1. Completely remove the catch can system and revert back to the OEM PCV setup, or (2. Consistently maintain the catch can hoses by removing the hoses and keeping them free of moisture. 

With the ECS Cold Weather Bypass Hose you can easily avoid this nuance of freezing hoses by simply unthreading the ECS Feed & Return hoses from the engine and installing this bypass hose. This hose allows the remaining ECS components to remain installed and requires no further maintenance as the PCV system is reverted back to "operating" like OEM without worry of freezing hoses. 

The ECS Bypass Hose is constructed of the same quality materials of the existing Feed & Return hoses, by using -10AN braided nylon hose and black anodized aluminum fittings for durable, leak free operation.
