Now you never have to decide what you want to sacrifice when choosing camber plates for your car. In the past when you would have to choose the best application for your needs you were left with two choices, polyurethane with a softer ride and deflection or a solid mounted spherical bearing with no deflection and added NVH. The Turner hybrid camber plates use the polyurethane ring around the spherical bearing so you reduce the NVH and deflection leaving you with nothing but benefits instead of sacrifice.?The poly isolated monoball is completely serviceable and comes equipped with a protective dust boot to keep contaminates out, extending the life of the bearing. You wont find a camber plate like this anywhere else on the market!
When it comes to achieving the best handling possible in your E9x?NM there are few products out there that will let you dial in like a quality camber/ caster plate. However, there?s more to choosing the correct set of camber plates than just being able to adjust camber / caster. There?s also an understanding of how this will affect your handling. Finding the sweet spot in camber may not be very difficult, but it can be a bit tricky when adjusting the caster with your additional camber. When adjusting the caster on your vehicle it brings the wheel forward improving the straight ahead driving ?creating align torque gaining inline stability. Because of the geometry involved running a positive caster also increases negative camber to further improve cornering.
It's also important to make sure you choose the correct size shock shaft sleeves for you setup. These will typically be found in either 16mm or 14mm shock shaft with either a tapered or square seat at the base of the threads. Turner is constantly testing the installation combinations to help customers figure out the right installation kit based on brand so you don't have to tear into you suspension to decide which kit is for you.
