When it comes to achieving the best handling possible in your E46 NM there are few products out there that will let you dial in like a quality camber/ caster plate. However, theres more to choosing the correct set of camber plates than just being able to adjust camber / caster. Theres also an understanding of how this will affect your handling. Finding the sweet spot in camber may not be very difficult, but it can be a bit tricky when adjusting the caster with your additional camber. When adjusting the caster on your vehicle it brings the wheel forward improving the straight ahead driving creating align torque gaining inline stability. Because of the geometry involved running a positive caster also increases negative camber to further improve cornering.
Turner has developed 3 versions of the E46 NM with the hybrid camber plates being the newest edition. The hybrid camber plates are completely unique to the market by perfectly blending the desirable features of the track proven FK monoball bearing without any of the added NVH. The polyurethane isolated monoball bearing removes the deflection found from solid poly or rubber but removes the solid contact from the monoball to the camber plate. The poly isolated monoball is completely serviceable and come equipped with a protective dust boot to keep contaminates out extending the life of the bearing.
Turner also offers a traditional style polyurethane bushing that it also completely serviceable with an easy to replace bushing. This bushing will provide even more comfort and is designed with comfort in mind while adding in your desired camber/ caster adjustment for improved cornering
All of their camber plates are designed using black anodized aluminum to remain lightweight and corrosion free using only the best poly & monoball bearing on the market.
Compatible with OE-style/diameter springs such as factory original, H&R springs, etc.
